BORN IN A SLEEPY CALIFORNIA BEACH TOWN…

Kelly grew up in a real estate family and spent her young life immersed in sun, fun and the arts. At age seven, she began the nomad life, spending Summers on a ranch in Arizona’s Verde Valley indulging her love of horses, Arts & Crafts, caravans and cowboys. As a teen, she ventured East for school and fell in love with the rolling hills of Virginia (more horses!) and the many unique, international minds she met in and around the nation’s Capital. After University in the Northeast, Kelly returned West where she spent the next two decades in the financial services industry, creating and overseeing relocation housing and recruitment programs for top talent in the Corporate, University and Medical fields. In her “off time”, she used her income to travel which unexpectedly took her down the mystic path, connecting her to many of the world’s sacred sites and allowing her to experiment and learn alongside many powerful shamans, healers and mystics. In 2008, she finally joined the family tradition and began the adventure in real estate, with a focus on restoring old homes with soul. This crossover between real estate, travel and the spiritual “home arts” eventually led her to her calling as an investor, realtor and designer of boutique properties in beautiful places.

Currently dividing her time between the American Southwest and Lake Chapala, Mexico, Kelly remains a passionate advocate of animal rescue, slow living, the mystic arts, as well as holistic health & design. She derives great satisfaction in reviving homes and communities as well as helping to guide others along the path to freedom through the art of real estate investing. A long time private astrologer and feng shui practitioner of Cherokee and Celtic lineage, she combines the practical with a dash of “magic” to aid with property selection & acquisition, intuitive design as well as personal consulting around the best places in the world to live, work and thrive. Her holistic approach to real estate aims not only to enhance beauty, pleasure and function but to infuse your space with wellness and abundance so you will, indeed, enjoy a “Casa Màgica.”
